This is in response to a letter dated May 30 from Sen. Fran Pavley to Mr. Marc Nechodom - Director of the Department of Conservation. The DOC contains the Division of Oil, Gas and Geothermal Resources, which is the State Agency that is charged with regulated and overseeing oil and gas production in the State. Here is Sen.
